These terms explain the general conditions for using Nukhbah Gate’s website and requesting hospitality and pilgrim-support services. Service-specific details displayed during checkout also apply.
1. Services and availability
Our website lists food, laundry, Ziyarah, Transport Assistance, pilgrim essentials and other supported services in selected areas of Makkah and Madinah. Offers are subject to city, date, capacity, local availability and confirmation. Where regulated services are offered, delivery may be coordinated with appropriately licensed third-party providers.
2. Orders and customer information
Please provide accurate names, telephone numbers, hotel or pickup details, preferred service city, dates and passenger or luggage information where relevant. We may contact you to clarify details or advise that a requested service cannot be fulfilled as selected.
3. Prices and payments
Prices and applicable charges are presented in the relevant product or checkout flow. Pay only using official checkout choices or verified payment instructions provided for your order. Some options may require proof of transfer or payment at pickup or service. Submitting payment proof does not automatically mean a payment is verified.
4. Changes, cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and amendment requests are subject to the service booked, timing and any applicable third-party charges. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the current general time windows. If we cannot fulfil a confirmed service, we will contact you to discuss a suitable alternative or refund as applicable.
5. Delivery, laundry and transport
Pickup and delivery times are estimates until confirmed. Laundry turnaround depends on item type, order volume and service area. Vehicle capacity, luggage allowances, pickup points and route availability must be checked before transport fulfilment. Circumstances outside reasonable control can affect scheduling; we will communicate material changes when practical.
6. Donations
Donation items and their distribution arrangements are subject to available stock, approved distribution arrangements and recipient location. A purchase or donation request is not confirmation of immediate distribution. Please review the Donate page for details.
7. Privacy and contact

8. General
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. We may update these terms on the website; the version applicable to a confirmed booking and mandatory legal requirements will govern that booking.
