Last updated: 27 October 2026

Nukhbah Gate respects the privacy of customers and service partners using our website. This page explains how information is collected and used for service enquiries, orders and fulfilment.

Information we collect

Depending on the service, we may collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, city, hotel or accommodation details, delivery or pickup location, service date, order items, passenger or luggage details, customer notes, and payment confirmation or receipt information. Where you choose to create an account, we also process information needed to manage it.

Why we use this information

We use it to process requests and bookings, coordinate food, laundry, Ziyarah, Transport Assistance, essentials or donations, verify payments, contact you about changes and respond to support enquiries. We may use order information to improve service reliability and prevent misuse. Marketing communications are separate where an opt-in is offered.

Sharing with fulfilment partners

We share only the information reasonably necessary with relevant restaurants, laundry providers, approved delivery or transport providers, service partners, payment processors and website service providers. Different providers may serve Makkah and Madinah. We do not sell your personal information to advertisers.

Payments and security

Available payment methods vary by checkout. If you upload a payment receipt, its details may be reviewed to confirm the transaction. Do not send passwords or complete payment-card details through our contact form or WhatsApp. We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and your choices

We retain information for the period reasonably required for fulfilling bookings, accounting, dispute resolution, security and applicable legal obligations. You can contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to lawful retention requirements.
